Water Sensitive Cities Australia’s mission is to change the way cities are designed, built and managed by valuing water’s contribution to economic development, quality of life and the ecosystems of which they are a part.
Our Mainstreaming Program continued the work of the CRC for Water Sensitive Cities which completed its term in 2021. As a new initiative, our key focus was on demonstrating timely value to our partners and putting in place the foundations for longer term growth.
Since the WSC mainstreaming program began in late 2021, we have undertaken projects spread across the country

We are now wrapping up the Mainstreaming program, with all projects expected to be finished by September 2025.
As part of our wrap up, we are seeking feedback about how useful project outputs are. We would appreciate it if you could take 10 minutes to complete a short survey about if and how you have used outputs from the Mainstreaming Program. Also let us know if there is a topic or issue you think we could investigate in the future.
